Warranty
KIRKOV, attests that all the works are engraved and printed by hand at IKURA STUDIO, in Quebec City. Each piece is printed on acid-free paper with non-toxic inks under small prints.
Privacy policy
Our privacy policy shows how we protect your information when you use our IKURA STUDIO online store. We are concerned about the protection of information transmitted over the Internet. You benefit from secure transactions. Your order and payment information is protected and encrypted during the exchange of information over a secure SSL connection (for https: // -). You can therefore use your credit card safely on our website.
Rest assured that we are doing everything we can to respect your privacy. Your personal information is never shared with third parties. Sometimes we may edit this page, so you should check from time to time to see if you are still in compliance with our privacy policy.
Payment methods
Payments are made by credit card via Stripe. It is not necessary to have a Stripe account to buy on our site.
Price
The price is expressed in Canadian dollar excluding applicable tax. The price indicated on the cards of the products does not include the transport costs which are calculated according to the destination and will be added at the time of placing the order.
All prices are subject to change without notice.
Limitation of liability
IKURA STUDIO, shall under no circumstances be held liable for any damage directly or indirectly related to the use of www.ikurastudio.com, in particular the loss of data or profit resulting from the use of the elements of www.ikurastudio.com or inability to use these items.
In the event that IKURA STUDIO’s liability to you could be withheld, it will be limited to an amount of money equivalent to the price you paid for the products. Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing in this section shall have the effect of limiting any right you may have as a consumer under any of the public policy laws that may be applicable in your case.
Property rights
Logos, images, descriptions of works of art, videos and / or slogans are the property of IKURA STUDIO. You may not use, reproduce or copy them in any way without the prior consent of the owner.
No reproduction is allowed. You agree not to reproduce the work of art or the art object in any way (digital, printed), without the prior written consent of the artist. The transfer of works of art on canvas is forbidden.
When there is an acquisition of a work of art or an object of art, you must inform the artist of a resale or any disposition of the work, such as a demolition, a major breakage etc.
Expedition
IKURA STUDIO strives to ship your order within 7 days.In-stock items are sent via Canada Post within 48 business hours of your order. You should then receive your goods within 3-4 business days.
Articles whose availability is not immediate must be produced so allow a period of 2 to 4 weeks for their realization. They will be sent via Canada Post within 24 hours of their design. You should then receive your goods within 2 to 3 business days.
For international orders an additional period may apply. However, if the delivery is delayed, we will notify you as soon as possible.
You will receive an email notification when your order leaves the studio.
IKURA STUDIO can ship your order outside of Canada. Delivery charges will be confirmed at the beginning of your order.
For the United States: allow approximately 4 to 8 days for delivery depending on the region.
For all other destinations: allow 6 to 10 weeks for delivery by regular service (surface) or 4 to 15 days for XpressPost service. Please note that a confirmation email will be sent to you when “IKURA STUDIO” will ship your package.
IKURA STUDIO is not responsible for taxes and / or customs charges of the country of destination. The buyer will be held responsible for any restrictions, taxes and other charges levied in the country of destination.
In case of loss or theft of the package as a result of a problem with the carrier, it is imperative to report it to IKURA STUDIO within a reasonable time. To report the loss or theft of the package the customer must imperatively attach by email or a declaration on the honor of non-receipt of the package.
An investigation will then be opened by IKURA STUDIO with the carrier and will make available to the customer all information related to the investigation.
The delay is at least three weeks to elucidate the loss or theft of a package. If the loss is real, after the result of the investigation with the carrier, IKURA STUDIO will make either a second delivery or a refund by credit or by check; subject to compensation from the carrier.
Return policy
Original works and items sold on our online store are not refundable. If there is a concern with your order, we will be delighted to work with you to find a solution. Since our items are handmade and hand printed variations may occur from one order to another, or from one room to another.
Acceptance of conditions
The customer acknowledges having read, from the moment he placed his order, the specific conditions of sale set out and expressly declares to accept them without reservation.
The present general conditions of sale govern the contractual relations IKURA STUDIO and its customer, the two parts accepting them without reserve. These general conditions of sale will prevail over all other conditions appearing in any other document, except preliminary, express and written exemption.
